Weekly Goals

My Goals for this week are:

1. Drink at least 8 glasses of water daily.
I drink entirely too much soda and because I have an allergy to aspartame I am drinking my calories.

2. Exercise for at least 30 minutes daily.

I purchased Leslie Sansone's 5 Mile Fat Burning Walk to make this easier during the winter weather

3. Eat no junk food.


I'll start with small goals and add as I get into the swing of things.

    Thanks for visiting my blog.
    When I read that you were on a mission to lose 50 pounds, at first I didn't think I would relate to someone "that" much smaller than me. But when I read this: "Being overweight can steal your entire identity."... I knew that you knew EXACTLY how I feel!!

    When we were younger, my husband and I wanted to do exactly what you are doing... live in a rural area on a self-sufficient farm. We even spend evenings sketching out how we would layout the different areas... chickens, rabbits, garden, blueberries...

    But life intervened. The closet we got was 6 years as live-in caretakers on a 40 acre church camp, up in the mountains. We loved it! And yep, we had a bunch of rabbits, Rex rabbits.

    But I digress. Suffice to say, you can't really achieve those dreams being overweight.. it takes hard work to make it!
    I really truly want to see you succeed. And from what I've read of your determination and plan, you WILL.

    I am going to love following your progress. Have a blessed 2010!
